Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop. If you are using SpyBot Search and Destroy, please refer to Note 2 at the bottom of this page. The process of cleaning your computer may require you to temporarily disable some security programs. To empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator". Note: On Vista, "Windows Temp" is disabled.

I REALLY need QB to work right now as I have some stuff that needs to be invoiced and such. I did some reading online and found that this could be some type of spyware, but I am not sure as the best way to go about getting rid of it if it is. I still have the same error message for QB (and computer seems slower now than before.) I also checked for updates on all of these programs and restarted the computer after everything was done. I ran all of these and was able to get rid of a few problems (Norton came up with a Trojan). Installed on the computer are Norton, Stopzilla, & Spy Bot Search & Destroy.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solutions is available" Buttom that is present is Close Program. "Quickbooks has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. If you click "OK" (only buttom that appears), a Microsoft Windows box appears that says Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Top of the box in blue says: QBW32.EXE - Unable to Locate Componentīody of box (starts with big red X like to close a window): "This application has failed to start because ACE.dll was not found. Restarted the computer and when I clicked to open QB up, it went to the "Loading Quickbooks" box like usual, then came up with this message: Came in this morning to use it (computer not restarted yet.sometimes it QB would open and work fine if the computer set for a little while) and it still wouldn't open. Yesterday, it randomly shut down on me and would not open back up (did not restart the computer). It hadn't been coming up with any codes, just a message saying it had a problem and if i wanted to hit "send" I could report the problem.

I have been having problems with it randomly shutting down and then not being able to open it back up unless I restart the computer. I have noticed more problems with the computer lately, especially with Quickbooks Pro 2007 which we use for our small business. I am running Windows Vista with IE (not the new edition). I am not a computer genius, so if you can help, please try to explain things in detail (I don't know a lot about program codes, etc., but know about other things on the computer) I am new to the forum and not sure if this is even the right place for my topic.
